Online dispute resolution (OS platform)

The European Commission provides an online platform for dispute resolution (OS platform) for transactions with online traders. The platform is intended to enable the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from contractual obligations in online sales contracts.

The OS platform is accessible at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

The OS platform will be permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025. Complaints can still be submitted until 20 March 2025; after that date this will no longer be possible.

Dispute resolution under the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG)

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
